    Hey Steve,
Congratulations on your blog. It looks great. It gets the PACA seal of approval for sure.

I'll be interested to hear how this goes for you. I've heard a lot about blogs and their importance.

    All the best to you!

Thanks for the support. If it is okay with you, I will put a link to PACA on the sidebar. What do you think?

Looks like this is going to be a place full of great info. Much luck to ya!

By the way, I have only taken a quick glance at your blog, but I think your posts would do well if you submitted some of them to blog carnivals (like blogcarnival.com). Can gain an even bigger audience by doing this and submitting your blog to technorati.com (a blog search engine. Also, if I may, try putting the "Syndicate this Blog" sidebar item closer to the top. It'll be easier for readers to subscribe to (RSS feeds are all the rage nowadays). Oh, and, this post on your qualifications would be excellent for new readers, like myself, that want to know more about you, if you moved it to a permanent place in the side bar. The more you post, the sooner this article will be lost in the mix. There is a "Bio" link in the sidebar managment tools for Quickblog (if you haven't already noticed it...it's kinda new). Just copy and paste your post into it.

    Cheers

Does anyone recommend a good body fat scale that is accurate? I saw a post on www.thedailyskinny.com>thedailyskinny.com that was comparing body fat scales to calipers and it said they weren't as accurate… is that true?
