Two Choices
I am back from my trip to San Francisco! And am I ever glad to be home. Not that we didn't have a good time, I just didn't enjoy the traveling. We had delays going and delays coming back. But one thing I realized was that having a positive attitude makes all of the difference in the world. Take for example our flight home; it was delayed 6 hours because our plane "broke". At first I was upset but then I realized I would rather it break before we took off then when we were in the air.
Some passengers got really upset and were yelling at the poor attendants about the delay. The way I look at it is you have two choices; you could look at the negative side of the delay or you could try to make the best of it. Getting upset and mad isn't going to bring a replacement plane to the airport any sooner. However, trying to make the best of the situation can make your delay more enjoyable.
You have these same two choices with everything that happens in life. Why look at negative when there is an alternative. It's your choice. Make the best of everything and I guarantee that your life will be less stressed and you will be happier.
