Sports Performance Coaching Options

Option 1

Work with an individual athlete or athletes one-on-one.

These athlete(s) could need help in any or all of the following (in alphabetical order):

Dedication
* Focus
* Goal Setting
* Mental Blocks
* Mental Toughness
* Motivation
* Optimism Training
* Positive Self-Talk
* Relaxation
* Self-Confidence
* Teamwork
* Trust
* Visualization

Each session with an athlete will be approximately 30 minutes and may be done in person or over the telephone (whichever is more appropriate).


Option 2

Work with an entire team for a season.

This would require the coach to be dedicated to the Sports Performance Coaching relationship and work with me in setting up a format to work with their athletes.

The areas that athletes could use help with are the same as listed above with the addition of Team Building.

Each session will vary depending on what is agreed upon between the coach and myself.


Option 3

Work with an individual coach or coaching staff.

This coaching relationship would be developed to assist a coach or coaching staff in improving their team in specific areas as noted above without me being involved directly with the team. This is directed more at improving the coach’s style of coaching to help create either a winning attitude, a positive attitude, a true team environment, trust, and so on.
