Simply Magical
Happy Holidays to you on this day after Christmas! I have returned from my vacation and I want to share with you that it was Simply Magical! We took a family vacation to Disney World in Orlando, Florida and had a great time! The weather was great, the company was great, and of course Mickey and Minnie were great too!
While down there I realized that going to Disney is like getting a refresher course on what Coaching is all about. By that I mean the positive attitude of the entire place along with their philosophy is just incredible. Just think about one of their most famous songs, When you wish upon a star.
"When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are.
Anything your heart desires will come to you.
If your heart is in your dreams, no request is too extreme.
When you wish upon a star as dreamers do.

These words are perfect for what I have been talking about over the last several months with regard to the Law of Attraction. If you really want something in your heart of hearts and you focus on it, you can and will make it happen. Remember, you attract to your life what you focus your energy and attention to, whether positive or negative. So let's focus on the positive for 2008. Let's get rid of our negative talk, our negative self-talk, our doubts, etc. Let's allow good things into our lives. Let's dream of everything we want in a positive way (i.e., Instead of saying, I don't want to be overweight anymore" say "I want to be healthy and fit!"). Stick with the positive, dream your heart away, and believe it will happen for you.
