Motivational / Inspirational / Heart Wrenching...

By now you know many of my posts are meant to be motivating for you. Today's post is not only motivational but inspirational and heart wrenching; not to mention it being about giving that 1 degree of extra effort. The link below was sent to me from one of my students in my Exercise Psychology class. In this class we talk about motivation, inspiration, 1 degree extra effort, etc. and relating it all to getting people to exercise for healthy reasons.
