Wellness is not merely the absence of illness.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;BR&gt;When most people think of wellness they think of physical and mental, but there are actually 7 dimensions of wellness and they are all inter-related.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I know many of you out there have questions about wellness. Whether your questions are related to exercise, weight loss, nutrition, etc.; I know you have questions. That's why this Wednesday I have dedicated my Feel Great Cafe internet radio show to the topic of Wellness. I will have a panel of experts available to answer your questions on health, fitness, etc.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;&lt;BR&gt;There are three ways you can ask your questions.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size=3&gt;1. In my classes this semester we embraced this mantra and we vow to make a difference in the world by each one of us making a positive effect on others.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
